Pacquiao has been in so many fights where he was supposed to lose

Ledwaba, Barerra, Marquez, Morales, Hoya, Hatton....That's what make him great.

I'm pretty sure he was favored over Hatton, but still a great win and a great fighter. No one expected him to win like that.

Pacquiao was like a 3-1 favorite against Hatton.

The odds on the Morales rematch were close to a pick-em.

What is amazing is Pacquiao took Ledwaba as last minute stand in with a two week notice ...and here we are still today.

So because he was an underdog and won fights, that made him great?
I would think that going into a fight as a favorite, being viewed as the best, and then going into that fight and winning, EVERY TIME, would be a better indicator of greatness.

I disagree......going against the odds, doing the impossible (Sasakul, Ledwaba, Barrera, Oscar, jumping up divisions) then winning it in great fashion is better than being the favorite then expectingly winning it (Floyd's career)
