Why Mayweather a better boxer than Pac when accomplishments wise goes to Pacquiao?

floyd has better skills and better ring intelligence.

pac has more heart and warrior spirit.

Well maybe that was a few years back. Now we saw a lot of Pac's improvement on his side that can match floyd in many different way not say better on the other. Floyd he may better in defensive but Pac got the offensive. I think they even as great fighter but in many different way.
