Why do fighters like Bivol & Beterbieve get so much hype?

Bivol just edged a close ass decision vs a C level journeyman whos already drawed & lost in his 1st 16 fights,& he only has 9 Knockouts. The guy was legit chosen because he can't punch his way outta wet paper bag. Hes smaller than Smith,& especially smaller than kov Canelo faced after midnight. Never been a champ, likely never will be either. Imagine if Canelo had beaten him by scores of-113-115/114-115,there would be pandemonium in the streets about how Canelo "got another gift" & how much of an overrated hypejob he is. This despite Canelo starting at ww & being much smaller than Bivol & same age.

Same thing applies to Beterbieve whom looked like complete sht beating Daines by 10th rd ko(can anyone argue Daines was a better opponent than Yildirim whom at least had 12 rd fights before & had faced semi elite comp?& Daines was a last min bum replacement)

I just don't get the revisionism,I think fighters like Beterbieve & Bivol should be held to a higher standard as their naturally lhw & are fighting guys whom legit are way worse than Canelos comp throughout his career.

Who has Bivol/Beterbieve beaten that was actually elite?(I'd say Joe Smith was the best opponent out of both resumes combined,I don't think the Nail was ever even semi elite)

Richards only had 2 12 rd fights vs complete cans.
