Crazy thing is that the mistress is his high school sweetheart. They’d been together for 11 years but Verdejo married his current wife 7 years ago but continued the affair with the sweetheart. He even brought here a few time to New York for his big fights behind the wife’s back (who later found out but apparently was kind of okey with it)

All of that information comes from the girl’s mother and sister through the endless tv interviews of the last couple of days. It’s sad as hell.. they pretty much end up crying in every interview

Verdejo’s wife also confirmed all of that to the police and the police told the media so it all got out. Everytime I refresh my fb page I find out something new because this case is going crazy on puerto rican social media

I gotta figure she knew he was some degree of fookhead knowing him for so long. I wonder if she loved him so much she accepted his fookheadedness or if she just thought she'd never be a victim of it to this level. Sounds like her mom felt he was capable of fooked up sh^t so that musta been off of past stories from the daughter one would assume.

I used to live around the area where his cellphone was spotted that morning. His cellphone (through triangulation) was spotted as being around Calle Loiza (red circle to the left on the photo) and that place is a few blocks next to Luis Llorens Torres (the biggest projects/housing area of the island) and you can buy any kind of substances/drugs there so I’m 100% he did buy the heroin there. That could be another blow to him during the court proceedings because it will prove even further that he premeditated the whole thing and it was not a pasional homicide.

Any theory on why he didn't wanna have a kid with her? He'd been with her forever, longer than his wife ffs. He already gots a kid with his wife. He could surely afford taking care of another kid by his side girl. I mean it's better to have 2 kids from 2 different girls than to kill one of the girls for being pregnant.

This seems like such a extreme & crazy reaction to something that coulda been easily dealt with by a guy in his position.

Or is there more being rumored about to this story than just the pregnancy for why she was murdered?

Yes, looking like a netflix crime docuseries. I’m sure it will get even crazier during the trial.. more things will be revealed

It was pretty much because of the pregnancy. She wanted her to have an ******** because he is “public figure” and it will tarnish his reputation plus the dumbass told her he didn’t have enough money to take care of another child.

Plus I think something sketchy is up with the family side of the wife (allegedly connections to the underground crime scene) so that maybe influenced too. His wife was friend with a ig influencer that got killed a few months back (called Pinky Curvy and she was part of a nasty gang called Farc.. ironically that same gang killed her for snitching) but if you go the wife ig page (i think it was closed) you could see that girl commenting in her post so they were good friends so that even adds more rumor that she is connected to the underground scene and Verdejo possible too
