I would not advise Ruiz Junior to drop down below 250 pounds, some fighters need some bludder on them 'Because that is who they have been their entire careers'.

Derek Chisora was 240 + pounds vs Whyte II, and was sparked out in a instant with one punch. Last night a few years later against Parker who is a fairly big puncher, Chisora just kept on coming like a tank at 250 + pounds etc

Ruiz Junior's body has not acclimatized to it's new weight or even his training regime.

Ruiz Junior would be sparked out within a few rounds vs Joshua if he ever came in at 240 + pounds against him. And right now? I honestly think Dillian Whyte should be calling for the Ruiz Junior fight.

Note: If Tyson Fury comes in against Joshua at a low 250 pounds, I would imagine Fury fans should be highly concerned 'I also thought Joshua was over-trained and weakened during the Ruiz Junior rematch to a certain extent'.
