I think it's a combination of things, but the fight is so lackluster, and Parker seems not that fresh, as if he fought too soon after his previous fight.

That, or he's done with his career, because Chisora isn't doing that much either but throws more punches, while plodding forward very slowly.

No crowd really does suck the atmosphere from the event as well.
