Since people think I hate the guy, let me share the version of Crawford that I actually did like - the version that has long since disappeared and doesn't seem to care to show up anymore.
The version that actually had some brag about him instead of Twitter beefing.
Now, you haven't seen this version of Crawford SINCE the Benavidez fight. And one has to question why that is.
Some of you claim you don't like this - you're all about friends and respect and all that crap - things that DON'T sell fights. And that's exactly why this guy has been on the decline, because he's catering to you who don't understand the BUSINESS of boxing and the art of self-promotion.
Could you imagine if this version of Crawford went to Shawn Porter's gym while he was working out and jaw-jacked to his face like Shawn did to Keef?
That is how you sell fights, and that is what's missing with Crawford.
