Arreola has slimmed down just like AJ. I think he has running in mind, Parker out paced Andy, and AJ left him in the dust. That seems to be the road map, fight Andy where he's not. I hope Andy did a lot of road work while he was lifting those weights.

I would be shocked if Arreola tried to employ a stick-and-move strategy at this point in his career. If anything I think that slimming down has more to do with having better head movement and overall stamina.
