The logical thing would be to let the Fury-Wilder III and Joshua-Usyk fights happen and do Fury-Joshua afterward.
So Arum put the fight out for bids because he's not willing to pay his own fighter and when another network puts a bid in to pay for it its wrong and they should of kept their noses out?

LOL. Should Triller of kept their noses out of it too or is it just Eddie Hearn?

You go to MEDIATION to avoid court. It was stipulated in their contract that ARBITRATION would be the last resort. The arbitrator is going to make the final decision, just like a judge or jury.

Mediation hardly ever leads anywhere. And nothing will come out of this arbitration either.

If you have a case you file a lawsuit, just like Hearn did against Ruiz and Canelo did against Golden Boy and DAZN.

The point is there is no lawsuit and the Fury-Wilder dispute is not in court as you claimed.

Lol. Nothing will come out of arbitration? How do you know?

It's been serious enough to this point to keep Hearn from announcing that fight....

Eddie Hearn gets full credit for making this fight, it his greatest moment 'There may never be anything like it in his career ever again',

Arum & Warren most likely know this 'But I will say this? Warren is being supporter of late'.

This fight his Hearn's, Rumble in the jungle, Fight of the Century.

If this fight is made, Hearn propels himself into a all-time great promoter status 'If he is not already'.

The fighters are competitive but so is the world of promoting and business, this Eddie Hearn's moment of greatness.

Note: I am not one of these people who obsess over promoters, as I don't care 'I am just stating pretty much the situation'.

Because I follow boxing and I know that it was Wilder who didn't want the fight and let the contract expire. All they are trying to do with this arbitration is get a few quid claiming force majeure and fooling Wilder's naive fanbase into believing he was ducked and is trying to force a third fight.

The site deal with the Saudis is not signed yet, they've been working on the paperwork for the last 3 weeks, that's why the fight hasn't been announced. It has absolutely nothing to do with Wilder. Once the site contract is signed by all parties, the fight will be announced.

                Huh?

Arum literally just said the complete opposite...

                    Ok. Eddie.

The fight was supposedly done in February, agreed to last year. Here we are in May still waiting.

Ignorance is not the same as innocence. Who in the boxing world doesn't know that Bob is arguably the biggest liar and deceiver in the sport?

Who that has common sense wouldn't have known that you cannot make deals when someone is having legal proceedings with someone else that can affect your deal?

Hearn was ignorant, not innocent. He is also partly to blame.
