Comments Thread For: Arum: Pacquiao-Crawford is Dead Over Money Woes

The prospect of a Manny Pacquiao-Terence Crawford fight is dead, Top Rank chairman Bob Arum told BoxingScene. Arum said there was deal agreed to for Crawford to defend his WBO welterweight world title against Pacquiao, the all-time great eight-division world champion, on June 5 in the main event of an ESPN pay-per-view event from Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.

Crawford isn’t fighting Pacquiao. Time for ShaneMosleySr to STFU.

The Crawtards dream fight fell through, like most with a brain predicted. Prepare for the cherry picking hype job to fight another bum, like usual. But, but dey be duckin doe. #Overrated #HypeJob #CherryPicker #Duckford

What will the excuses be when Crawford fights another inactive gun shot victim, faded former champ or bum?

.. blames Hearn .. apparently, he didn't do enough to get the fight done for him and also pointed out Hearn is blocking Spence vs Crawford by refusing to release either fighter. ;-)

Its a pity, could've been a classic. Crawford will probably end up getting a fight with Porter, which is a good but not great fight. It turns out that not all the big money is in Saudi Arabia.

Crawford vs Porter is probably the best plausible scenario now.

Refusing to release either fighter?? How does that work? Crawford is signed with Arum, Spence with PBC and Hearn is matchroom.

48 was about to get undressed one more time. Exposed like Prince in his assless chaps, yet again. How many losses is it for 48 now? 9? 10?
