King was great at stacking cards back then, he still puts on some good cards but nowhere near as good as they were, he doesn't have the stable of fighters anymore.

Don King was the greatest promotor of all times he put the very best shows on for the fans, i could never understand boxing fans calling Don King... he was the only promotor who fans got value-4-money from..some King shows had 5 world title fights for the PPV price of £10 which was unbelievable value... Today we get charged twice that price for a show that we only know the 2 main event fighters

these are just a few of them, and I probably didnt even put some of the best ones.

If youre familiar with the divisions of 90s, these are some damn solid undercards. Trinidad, Ricardo Lopez, JCC and a FOTY candidate on one card? geez.
ha ha ha...the wired hair wonder. i love em.
some of the most memorable times is when him and arum were going at each others throats and allegedly tipping the feds to each others underhanddedness.
oh yeah. and some of you playas may knows that when one of kings fighters is an underdog in places like iowa or minnisota or florida
that funny upsets appear on local judges cards.
i think years ago on fnf teddy colorfully made analigies to such.

with his sons and wife and relatives install in high places he's covered the bases pretty good.

that's what happens when a promoter robs his fighters...he gets to stack them all on one card

King is probably a horrible person from all the stories I've heard but he was great for a boxing fan man did you get your moneys worth one if his cards would be divided into 4-5 ppv events by todays standards

And to think...this was one of his worst cards. I remember when this was announced I was like, "damn, Don King fell off."
