Simply put you can’t actually judge who is in bad shape by grabbing a little fat , Ruiz without surgery or illegal fat burners will not have a skinny waist or tight oblique muscles .

250 is probably the lightest he should be because that’s his natural make up at least at the age he is now .

Look at Foreman in the second comeback fight he was once lean but as he aged he was mocked still for being the fat guy, no one worked harder then him maybe beyond Holyfield and Foreman arguably was the hardest to tire out .
Ehh.. the Ruiz family have been eatin the same crap so they turned out looking like crap. Yes, it´s harder to get in shape after being fat for 20 years and yes, some people will never get really lean no matter what. But you´re saying Andy´s 40% bf is ok and natural? I call

You don’t know what they ate or lifestyle growing up so you lived and grew up with the Ruiz’s , Andy who was an athlete all his life ? Interesting .

It was said Ruiz at 15/16 looked like an adult because he was so big and beating up grown men in fights .

Your entire post is a contradiction because you explain what I said then tell me it’s b.s with no explanationother then he’s been eating junk as the direct cause for how he got big which is actually b.s ? Ha

Nope. If an athlete looks like Andy, he simply eats crap and too much of it. And to be clear, I like Andy and I rate him in the top five. Perhaps you´re just building excuses for your own shape (don´t worry, round is a shape too)?

That fat gene crap is a load of bollocks ,I agree with this

If they're all eating food as a family theyre all eating the same crap

It's not genetic it's a habit of their surroundings and most problems people have stem from their guardianship

Blame the parents for him being a fat turd

I honestly doubt Big George did much roadwork late in his career. Could be wrong though.

“When I was a younger heavyweight champ, I would run maybe three miles a day,” he told The LA Times in a 1995 interview. “Now I set my runs traveling 10 miles and beyond. Every day, getting up early in the morning before much traffic, my wife takes me 10 miles from home, drops me off and I have to get back.”

Now wheather this is slightly exaggerated isn’t really important the article shows he’s doing more ,running isn’t the only thing he included a lot of wood chopping ,strong man training , longer bag work sessions ,etc.....

If he was running that much he definitely was eating that much as well.

It wouldn’t matter if he running that much and eating a lot it would burn calories massively why did he have a good amount of body fat if that’s the case ? Like I said some people will not be the lean look no matter what they do naturally.
