This is crunch time for Top Rank. If Crawford doesn't accept a Porter or Keef fight, it can only be described as a duck. And that's a shame, because Crawford is getting left in the dust.

Unfortunately, while I respect what Shawn's doing or trying to do, his reasoning is frankly BS. I think he's hoping Crawford will help a brotha out like Floyd helped Berto out - and based on what I've seen of Bud, I don't see that fight happening.
Which means we have to hope Ortiz says F it and forces mandatory because he wants to be great.

It's simple. Porter wants over paying (if he even really wants it at all) and Top Rank are ignoring him waiting for him to call in the mandatory so he can be underpaid at 25%.
I hear Porter has lost his position now anyway, that's 2 PBC fighters in a row that have let their chance to be mandatory pass them by.
Personally I don't think the PBC wants any of their top fighters losing to Crawford, it seems to be better to just keep Crawfords resume looking lame and trying to make him look irrelevant to heighten Spence name and position of power.
Spence has been the one Crawford really wanted and look how hard Spence ran. Bloody PBC cult is really bad for Boxing at times.
