Ha ha I looked into it a while back... I think they kinda combined the Oceania or something wirth a few small countries from the Balkans and elsewhere that weren't already affiliated with any other jurisdiction and made a new strap for it. Seems maybe 2 or 3 years ago now unless my old ass memory's playing tricks on me, The bullchit in boxing never ceases to amaze.

He’s a good boxer. Glad he beat Yarde. I’d always heard very good things about him but never been massively impressed but thought he boxed well in the Yarde fight.
