Fury cannot fight in the UK until he deals with his steroids case. That's why they are looking elsewhere. And then theres the Wilder arbitration case and that's the other reason why it's taking so long. Otherwise this fight would be squared away within a weeks time. And then theres the fact that Fury wants a tune up bum fight.

I don't think the driving force behind this is what is peak time there, but rather what is peak time in the UK, which is where the biggest PPV sales are likely to be. The Saudis just want to have it so they get the kudos of being the ones to host it.
