.......mayweather after training going to help homeless children, which I think is very genorous of him, but thats not why i am posting, its because it shows him drinking coke... the stuff in the red can, with loads of sugar, the fizzy stuff...... I wouldn't of thought that a professional like floyd mayweather would drink coke whilst he was in training camp, not showing real discipline is it?
I noticed that to. You can get away with something like that post training because of glucose replenishment but there are far better choices obviously. One solid choice that has research behind it would be chocolate milk.
