WORD? Al Bernstein was part of the commentator team? I stopped watching once Snoop started rapping I was like F this. I dont get why Snoop gets a ton of love he hasn't had a hit since like late 90's yet he keeps getting all these checks and gigs. Theres a ton of superior rappers who Never get the call.

I wouldn't describe Snoop as overrated.

His success really depends on who's producing him.

But he's the longest standing commercial rapper in the active game besides Cube. Even Diddy failed eventually. That's got to count for something.

The only other rapper I can think of that would fit such an event is Kanye.

Ice-T's been around longer but only does metal now and actually won a Grammy recently for a Bodycount track.

I don't think he's overrated. He imo is a legend for albums he done or was all over in the nineties... The Chronic/ Doggystyle/ 2001 He is an icon because of this. I don't think i have ever herd anyone call him the greatest lol.
