Tony Harrison still neither likes nor respects Jermell Charlo. The former WBC super welterweight champion does give Charlo credit for finding a way to beat him in their rematch 15 months ago. Their second fight was very competitive entering the 11th round, until Charlo caught Harrison with a left hook that completely changed it.

Harrison has always been arrogant. He doesn't get too comfortable that he is lax, he has an unreliable chin.

I like the press conference for the rematch. Harrison went in on Charlo for crying.

Harrison is similiar to Mayweather in the way both fighters are totally relaxed and comfortable in the ring. The rematch with Charlo was a great fight, two top guys, in their prime, letting it all hang out. Tony chose to try and beat Jermell at his own game and was holding his own but eventually paid the price.
At 1 and 1, a third fight would be fun to watch.

No, Harrison fought at a very frenetic pace which inevitably wore him down and he paid a dear price for it. Ultimately it boiled down to his lack of conditioning for the reason he lost to Jermell Charlo.

That’s exactly the way I saw it.
