Prograis getting paid $850k to fight Redbach is the problem with boxing these days. That’s a lot of money to fight a guy coming off so many losses. When it time to fight a decent opponent Prograis will out-price himself

You prefer two old guys pontificating about stuff you barely to don't care about for 30 minutes between fights?

I mean I get it. Most folks hate change, but clearly boxing operates so badly in so many ways that I'm surprised more folks haven't been playing around with this horrible status quo boxing format more often. Idk if this new thing works or not, but I like the attempt. Personally I just wish boxing would steal the UFC model of just running a tighter ship & having fighters walking into the ring within like 5 minutes of the last guys leaving the ring with some extra time with the winner or hyping the next fight if a fight ends early.

I also reallllllly dig the more chillaxed announcing crew & been suggesting this forever. Every fight should have a alternate commentary crew with more fun & casual fight announcers. I think this would attract many more casuals who don't relate to all these old gray haired white guys talking about boxing like it's a science experiment 90% of the time.

he's the legit boxer. Main event guys will likely be getting a cut of the profits.

easy money to fight a faded Redkach, in what should be an exciting to watch fight. He may even walk away with some new fans. It's a no brainer IMO.

On the undercard Frank Mir is making a boxing debut fighting Steve Cunningham, the cruiserweight that dropped Tyson Fury...

this is pretty interesting. First I even heard of this. Only heard of Frank Mir before, no idea if he can box but he is going to get ***ing wrecked by an elite level cruiser like that. Says he is 70 lbs heavier than cunning ham.

Guess Frank Mir was too big for Jake Paul, better he fights a real boxer.

UFC really does underpay their fighters

Can't believe Askren never made more than 500k

Female UFC fighters start OnlyFans one by one because they're so broke lol

Nope he can't. He seems to think he can doe. He's been KO'd to punches in 3 of his last 4 MMA fights & like half of his L's, usually in the 1st round, in MMA are due to punches. I suspect this will go as bad although may take a lil longer with the bigger gloves & the extra 70lbs on Steve.
