Pac vs Mayweather ATM. But if Cotto beats Pac in November, then I think Cotto and May will be bigger.

Totally misread the question. 1. Mayweather 2. Pacquiao 3. Cotto
They draw alot of people, but Cotto doesn't draw as well on the west coast. Mayweather's fights against Hatton and DLH drew more than Pac's fights against them, so that was my deciding factor.

If thats the question, then it all depends. Cotto will be THAT much bigger if he can beat Pacquiao and vise versa if Pacquiao can beat Cotto, so I can't really say. If the fight took place right now, Mayweather vs Pacquiao.
