Shane hurt his career by brutalizing margarito

everyone would love to have sugar shane on their resume but at 37 he mutilated margarito and noone really wants to fight him because they know they will not knock him out. High risk, low to moderate reward.

Shoulda fought Berto earlier this yr when he had the chance. He's still the top WW, but the luster of the Mar win has died down. And at 38 the layoff is terrible for him. I really wish Mr boat buyer woulda just tuned up wit a lower top 10 WW then faced SSM this fall.

PW will fight him but Shane doesn't want to take the huge risk of losing big to a guy that no one wants to fight.

"brutalizing" is too nice a word to describe what he did to Margarito that night.

disagree....I think the fact they they caught Margarito cheating hurt Shanes career..lol....cause it made Margarito look even more plain than he already did. Who cares if Mosley beat a cheat...Margarito has always been a tough fighter but nowhere near ELITE status.....his hype was built up from Bob Arum ...( i have no doubt he has cheated nearly his entire career)

they (team Mosley) shouldve kept the Margarito mystique intact.....wouldve made his win more impressive

and who is ducking Mosley?...Clotty, Berto & Williams said they want to fight him...he has refused...to wait on Mayweather and Pacquiao

and anyways Mosley was on the CLEAR....he was a cheat as well

Margarito had/has a hell of a chin. Cotto was landing bombs square in his chin and so was Cintron and Marg never went anywhere near out. Yet Mosleys sick combination of speed and power brutally stopped the freight train that was known as Antonio Margarito.

If Shane really wants to fight PW has openly challenged pretty much every top fighter from ww-mw.
