James Degale and George Groves fought early in their careers in the UK, Dubois and Joyce, Whyte and Joshua etc and it didn’t kill their careers even if they lost.

Americans are stuck on this undefeated thing, you can see some of their posters on here talking about another boxer losing and his their career is over!!! Like WTF? Why would these boxers fight each other if that’s the mentality that you guys carry around there.
I wouldn't say it's an American thing. It's more of this new school post Mayweather era thing where everybody now wants big money like Floyd but aren't as willing to pay dues and take the big risks out of fear of losing that 0.. Foreman vs Frazier were undefeated in their 20's when they fought, SRL vs Hearns happened when they were around 24-25 although SRL had 1 loss to Duran but avenged it..Then you had Mayweather vs Corrales when both were 24 or 25 and undefeated as well..

I'm just saying Boots vs Ortiz needs to happen sooner than later because they are both at the same level right now and both seem to have trouble finding opponents to mix it up with and neither guy brings enough to the table to face any of the top guys right now so they need to be building up to a fight between them around the end of 2021-mid 2022.

I don't even think i can say that to be honest. Just because Garcia didn't beat anyone of note at 147. He had great wins at 140 definitely. Broner for me is a better win because they tried to drain Porter, and at least Broner was a 3 weight champion.

I can guarantee you that Ennis and Ortiz wouldn't fight even though i agree with you that they need each other now, If they were both British then it would happen. And am not even going to point any finger at Mayweather. IMHO he fought everyone that needs to be fought, he cannot fight everyone, he got to some late, some when they were young but he himself wasn't prime at certain points of his victims careers. This A-side mentality is one of the things fights wouldn't, doesn't happen in america.

No way, Danny is definitely a better win than Broner. Come on now, what exactly has Broner done at WW then? Danny fought Porter and Thurman close to show what level he was on. Only Spence was able to have his way with Danny, but aside from that he was right with Porter and Thurman.

Becoming a mandatory isnt a bad idea to get a title shot, there are plenty of fights easy to make for him (under certain banner)

What has Garcia done at 147? He lost to Porter, Thurman and a guy coming off an accident in Spence. Not saying Broner has a better resume at 147 but at least he took his belt off a champion at 147.

He beat Malignaggi....In a close fight, the same guy that Danny dominated. Broner fought close with Granados, the same guy that Danny dominated.

It's okay not having big wins at a certain weight class when you fight the top guys close. Is Derevyanchenko not a quality MW after how close he was against GGG/Jacobs and fairly competitive with Charlo? What shame is that for a fighter to be able to hang with the top guys but fall just a bit short? Danny could have easily gotten the decision vs Porter, would that have changed the narrative? Broner isn't competing against any of the top guys period. Danny is.......Minus Spence who is just on a different level than him.

But we can disagree here, no big deal.

Nothing I said wasn’t fax. Broner beat a champion for his belt. Danny won a vacant title. Beat no one of note at 147, beat a done Pauline...

Lost all the top fights at 147, just like Broner did. So I cannot put Garcia over Broner at 147... Sorry disagree with ya.

The way you win matters as well. Paulie was pretty much the same guy when he fought Danny that he was against Broner....Granados damn sure was and got blasted by Danny while he fought Broner close.

And again, no problem if you disagree here. But put a poll up to see what was the better win, and damn near everyone will say Garcia is a better win for Porter than Broner was.
