How come Bivol and Smith been quiet about unifying, rematch?

Smith isnt calling for the rematch because he lost every round against Bivol.

He actually has a chance against Beterbiev. He doesn’t have a prayer against Bivol.

Bivol and Hearn should’ve been sending offer to Smith. With Hearn having 2 belts at LHW would be easier to make the fight with Beterbiev

It’s best they gamble Beterbiev to beat Bivol on DAZN and bring the belts back to ESPN
