He actually has a chance against Beterbiev. He doesn’t have a prayer against Bivol.
Bivol and Hearn should’ve been sending offer to Smith. With Hearn having 2 belts at LHW would be easier to make the fight with Beterbiev

I think there’s some sort of behind the scene conflicts going on with Main Events and Hearn regarding Bivol

As boxing’s top brass pull strings to get the sport up and running again, small-to-mid-tier promoters, like New York’s Joe DeGuardia, are still sidelined twiddling their thumbs. “The only way you are able to do (boxing) events now are because you get subs

And Charlo is with PBC. Hearn still sends offers. Like I said before, Hearn would want to promote an Undisputed fight. Hearn signed Usyk for good reason. 2x2 belts and Hearn would win staging and event for Bivol vs Beterbiev on DAZN. Beterbiev is like 35 and I don’t see ESPN or TR caring so much for Beterbiev. It’s best they gamble Beterbiev to beat Bivol on DAZN and bring the belts back to ESPN

The fight was not competitive and the rematch would not be some insane draw the the box office. Zero chance Smith's handlers make that rematch and all parties know it, so no one is wasting their breath.

Because he literally just won the title yesterday and I'm sure TR would much rather have their in house fight between Smith and Beterbiev than risk losing that belt to Bivol

Do you think that maybe the two fighters that are under the same promotional banner agreed to unify against each other and Hearn knows it would be a waste of his time?
