I think all the real & educated fans of boxing would prefer to see a legend like Shane fight Berto since Berto is a young world title holder & undefeated.

I hope Berto goes to the back of the line. Clottey deserves this shot more even though he is coming off a defeat. Berto barely sc****d by a guy Mosley dominated and almost got knocked out by a guy that Judah and Angulo destroyed in Cosme Rivera. Dude is garbage.

I think when he rejected that offer for the IBF fight. That right there showed that HBO is not playing with Berto. They know they overpaid him. So its probably the Mosley fight or a Collazo rematch, who is his #1. He would lose to any of them. So he needs to decide quickly. Both fights won't give him the money he wants. But he doesn't deserve big money. He isn't a draw and damn near got expose his last fight. He is going to lose soon

I agree Clottey isn't that good. I believe Mosley would beat him because of his lack of ability to turn the oven on higher. But Berto is easier than Clottey is. He throws more punches than Clottey, but his defense and chin is a lot worse than Clottey's.
