If more explanation is needed just look at the boxers who will fight Crawford, for them they have a chance to climb up the rankings and so increase their value, the risk/reward for them is good.
Are you really that dumb? Crawford draws less and has the worst major belt. Spence is more known, draws more and has 2 more prestigious belts. Crawford was asking 50/50 then 60/40 his way! That is pricing yourself out you imbecile! Spence has fought top welterweights and unified, Crawford fights faded former champs and bums. Crawford has a trash resume overall and his welterweight resume is pure dog sheeit. Only a fool like you would blame anyone but Crawford for his weak resume full of cherry picking b class or lower trinket holders, faded former champs and bums. Beating a hype job cherry picker doesn't really enhance legacy and he is no draw so the $ isn't all that either. Crawford re-signed with Top Rank and ESPN exclusivity to duck the top guys. There's no other excuse for his trash resume. He wanted the easy $ along with the Top Rank protection program. Fools like you fall for the Top Rank bullsheeit. They hype their fighter off another's name, act like they want to fight that fighter, never try to negotiate, sign a sheeit fight, then blame the other guy they are using to hype their guy for the signed sheeit fight. After so many sheeit fights you would think some of you thick headed dumbasses would finally realise it's a sham.

I just wish some of the diehards would just recognize what's blatantly obvious by now.

This guy had his OWN PROMOTER publicly say he ain’t worth *ish.

Yet some STILL refuse to stop believing.

That is why in situations like this? You have to make things personal. But these fighters all want to be matey matey with one another.

Turn up to Crawford's house or gym, and have a scuffle with him 'It is that simple really'.

None of these fighters want confrontation.

Spence Junior should make this personal, MAKE Crawford want the fight bad.

Floyd v Manny was actually 60/40

American Boxers = Ego's out of control.

Spence has made it very clear that he is either going the easy route and won't fight Crawford until he has all the other belts 1st or he will get the WBA and then say he doesn't care about the other one. Either way he has shown no interest in facing Crawford at all.

Then we have Crawford who has been demanding this fight for a while and then making it quite clear he want a split of the purse that is ridiculous. He actually thinks he is the A side. Either that or he doesn't want it either.

Neither of those guys sell well but Spence clearly sells better than Bud and he holds most the belts at the weight class. It is admirable what Bud has done in other weights but that was then and this is now.

60-40 in Spence favour is a fair split.

Floyd walked away with $300 million.

Manny walked away with $100 million.

60/40 meant nothing after two networks and Arum took their share - out of Manny's cut.

Crawford is PFP #1 and has been for like 2 years. Crawford is a 3 division champ and 1 of 2 undisputed and lineal champions in the past 20-25 years. Crawford is far more decorated than Spence.

Spence literally ducks and dodges Crawford questions in the media but its clear as day the fight wont happen. Crawford said he tried to make the fight and I believe him. Spence is either waiting Crawford out or hes just not gonna take the fight at all.

As Breadman says its tragic how ducked Crawford was. All PBC united in their ducking ways. Danny Garcia rejected a career high payday, Thurman priced himself out, and Spence wouldn't fight across the street. Porter is just now open to the fight...after he lost to Thurman and Spence

It's a 50/50 fight. The only reason I can think of that he is asking more is that he is still holding out for a Pacquiao payday. If he risks a loss to Spence, he can wave any chance of Pacquiao and the bigger payday goodbye. He has leveraged his entire career at a shot at Pacquiao instead of risking fights with a top name or two for less money. If the Pac fight doesn't happen, he needs to forget it and sign a 50/50 deal with Spence. Or accept a challenge from Thurman.

Crawford passes the eyeball test but has not fought anyone of note. Don't know how you have him #1 p4p unless you work for ESPN. Danny didn't dodge the fight, they said they offered it to Danny and went with Khan, do not rewrite history. Bud's ego is not letting him the fights that would define him.

He said Virgil Ortiz needs to earn a shot at him but won't fight a top 5 welterweight and earn a shot at the top welterweight. Even Floyd took short $ against De La Hoya and didn't price himself out. Crawford is a delusional diva clown with a huge ego. He needs a reality check. The guy makes his own promoter lose $ and doesn't help himself by promoting himself doing shows and interviews. He refuses to do interviews with anyone that doesn't kiss his ass and overrate him.
This right here. Bud is his worst enemy.
