Oscar should take this fight if hes in need of some physical companionship as Roy will hold him ALL night long...
On a side note, the tyson Jones farce was a overall successful event doing $80mil in ppv, bagging jones $3mil... why wouldnt he call it out again... after all he seemed to have blown all his career earnings on dumb s%%%

Tyson coming back has had a slippery slope effect, now every washed up old grandpa wants to come back and hog the spotlight.

Jones tarnished his legacy a few years back after taking meaningless fights and losing them by vicious KO. Now I guess he just wants to continue embarrassing himself and tarnishing his legacy some more by losing to a guy who’s best days were at Welterweight.

But since you seem to be sensitive about the topic and need a quote from Roy where he expresses animosity towards Oscar, here you go:
"I don't even think he's (Oscar) got enough respect to talk to me. I never gave up. He gave up to a smaller man (Pacquiao). I don't owe no explanation for that. I don't even think he earned the right to talk to me. I ain't never quit. Got cut and still went on against what they called pound-for-pound one of the best fighters out there (Calzaghe) and never thought about quitting. And he gonna tell me what I need to do? I'm the kind of dude that will fight him, Shane Mosley and Bernard Hopkins all in the same night. I don't care."

So I ask for source and you automatically go to “since you seem to sensitive about the topic ...”. We’re you not able to provide a source without personalizing your rebuttal?

I found the article anyway. Roy was responding to what he perceived as Oscar dissing him . So you left out context. For what?

you are sensitive. I literally wrote “Roy is PROBABLY is resentful” because Oscar was the star of his era even though Roy was better. And you come on here saying . are you assuming? This is gossip. I take offense to this. Calm your delicate ass down. It was a harmless comment but also accurate. Oscar got all the stardom and bigger paychecks while on the same network as Roy despite Roy being way better. Why else would Roy call out someone to fight who’s that much smaller than him. And he didn’t just say he’s willing to fight Oscar now. He also did it over a decade ago.
Roy Jones Jr: (laughs) "That's where the pound for pound talk comes in. Oscar wouldn't be taking no risk fighting Pacquiao because it's not the kind of fight where he can get hurt you feel me? But talk about him moving up all them pounds to fight somebody bigger and stronger and it's a different story. That's why no matter what anybody says I'm still, and still pound for pound. Anytime Oscar wants to be the one moving up in weight and taking real risk, all he has to do is say my name!"

You “take offense to this” - there we have it. You are the one sensitive about it.
In my last response, I asked you why you have to make it personal. I did not dispute it, I actually think you are probably right. However, the quote you shared left out context, which was Roy’s perceived diss.
Oscar was not being disrespectful to Roy at all. Every single person said the same thing. Maybe not to Roy’s face.

So to be clear, you were correct, I just never heard of Roy not liking Oscar.
