Cause they both suk balls now, it doesn't matter what their careers WERE like, right now they're both damaged goods.

Fight is so past it's expiration but it is still a interesting fight and the Pre-Fight Face Off Stuff would be Great!

Hopefully they finally make it happen

Why is the fight way too late? How old are Amir Khan & Kell Brook? Can they pass a medical test? Are they normal people mate?

Kell Brook vs Amir Khan is a fight.

There are strange people on here, very strange when it comes to boxing 'The other week, people were complaining about Dillian Whyte vs Derek Chisora III being made'.
I agree - it's not at the best time, but it still should get made...like a loser leave town type of fight... or both leave town if you prefer.

The problems come in when they want to put the PPV price tag on it. The same price tag they would have charged had they met in their primes.

Although the fight is far too late, I'll still watch it.

Theres genuine hatred there, both guys now have suspect chins, both guys are fairly well matched and should be able to ko the other. And it'll probably have an entertaining build up.

So yeah it's not an elite P4P battle but it's an entertaining grudge match.

It's ''garbage'' considering the condition they are in.

Who else can they beat besides each other ?

Even the novelty is wearing thin. I mean, who cares if they fight now ?

Both shot and fan interest has totally waned. Could be fun, though. Can't imagine this goes the distance.

There was a point in time when a fight between these two would have decided who the best welterweight in the UK was, and who would be the one to fly the Union Jack on the world stage and a true international elite fighter.

What does it mean now? Whoever wins is still going to be washed-up and irrelevant, just slightly less so than the other guy. You have to go back 6 years or more for both guys' last win against a fighter relevant at world level (Sean Porter for Brook, Chris Algieri for Khan.)

I'm sure that Brook would likely have won if they'd fought when they should have. Now, I don't know. The thing is, it's not just a "who knows" it's a "who cares." Nobody outside of Bolton or Sheffield, most likely.

They were, at best and prime, an interesting grudge match. Neither of them were setting the sport on fire, though.

Khan's mouth kept him somewhat in the fans minds.
Brook just didn't have any scalps or a self marketing game.

It would be better than any exhibition junk.

This is the answer. It's probably a decent scrap given that they are at similar levels at this point. But like all these cash grabbing exhibitioners coming out of the woodwork...it's probably not worth the entry fee. As for the fight itself...I'm not sure Khan has the pop to break Kells cheekbones and Kell probably doesn't have the heart left to get into a firefight. Khan by flashy decision.
