I've my opinions and criticism towards Crawford but credit and respect is deserved here. I am a fan of Pac and we all know he has shown great accounts of himself even at an older age.

I really don't want to hear anyone ****ting on Crawford say he stops him or clearly beats him. I don't wanna hear any of that 'but he's old/past prime' talk. Pac ain't no slouch even at 42.

its an easy spin if someone wants to...guys have spun less....42 year old coming off about a 2 year layoff? i mean thats pretty easy spin....ive seen guys spin much less

i wouldnt though...its a good fight......but again....a 33 year old top 3 p4p rated finally in a fight we actually care about...and were supposed to take back everything that was said? like its all erased now? cmon get real....its about time....its strange that this fight couldnt get made before....only after he goes and beats thurman is top rank and arum suddenly interested...but back when arum thought pac was shot and not worth it he wanted no part....

like i said...good fight...first one of his ive been more than mildly interested in...not something to eat crow about though if youve thrown shade at bud...

if this is deontay wilder going into the first fury fight the haters are calling it a cherrypick for wilder...

If its true hats off to Manny, TC gets hit and is vulnerable which gives Manny a decent chance, we mostly all favor TC but you can never write of a ATG whenever they step into the ring.

          Great points!

I certainly wouldn't take back any criticism, anything I've ever said against or about Crawford (it's not like I ever referred to him as a ***** or coward like some psychotic 'fans' do).

But I can say this is a good fight and I'm looking forward to it. I just don't think anyone should crap on him for this one.

It's not even official. They've said they were close to a Crawford Pacquiao fight for years. Why expect something different this time?

If this is true, it's a fight I'll readily watch. But at the end of the day Manny:
                1. is 42 years old
                2. professional for 26 years (Crawford was 6 years old) when normal primes end 14-16 years
                3. last fight was 2 years ago
                4. 3 opponents tko'd Horn since losing a UD (I thought Manny won)

I wouldn't call this like a super legit opponent and fits Crawford's profile of taking the easiest road he can. Not a lot of glory in getting a win against Pacquiao at this point.

FFS, people say Floyd beat up a washed up Pacquiao and that was 6 years ago.

When it's all said and done beating fighters right now like Spence, Mikey Garcia, Danny Garcia, Porter I think are fighters that get you a greater glory.

History will forget Crawford rather quickly. JMO.

Just cus you don't want to hear it, doesn't make it not true.

Manny IS 42. Manny BEEN pro for 26 years, that is sooo long. Most career's go 14-16 years, Manny got 10 on that. Facts are facts and that's just the facts.
