    How come Jermall Charlo never sent offer to Jacobs?

    This guy told everyone he “ran BK... Brooklyn” with those Barclays appearances... Went quiet when Jacobs shut him down about M’s.

    Charlo would’ve made a statement had he beaten/fought Jacobs to land a GGG or Canelo fight.
