Tavoris Cloud-Clinton Woods: The Post-Fight Report Card
By Cliff Rold - Late last year, after he’d risen to the mandatory position in the IBF Light Heavyweight ratings then championed by Chad Dawson, 27-year old Tavoris Cloud (20-0, 18 KO) ran into the obstacle of anonymity.

I thought it was the other way around - I was excited during the Cloud/Woods fight because of how hard each man was fighting. The Urango/Bailey fight was pretty damn sloppy & ugly to watch, the knockdowns were cool though

Cloud-Woods was especially good.Thought Cloud would stop him in the 10th.
Urango and Bailey fought to their strengths but the old Knocout King didn't have it anymore.Urango is one tough cookie though. For a second I thought he wouldn't get up from his KD.
Just curious, do American consider Woods to be one of those overhypes Brits?
Kinda strange no one mentions him yet he's achieved less than the ones that do get mentioned.
not really because you dont hear people talk about woods much..therefor he doesnt get much attention good or bad for that matter. although in my opinion he is a decent fighter
I watched the fights and I just have one question. What is up with the scoring of Teddy Atlas? I mean Teddy gave only one round to Woods what fight was he watching? The fight may not have been close but I gave Woods at least three and maybe even four rounds. Plus giving Cloud a 10-8 because he hurt Woods, whats up with that? With the main event I have to ask how did he have the fight even after nine rounds? Juan may have looked sloppy doing it but other then the knockdown he pretty much dominated the fight. Teddy at one time I had mad respect for as one of the genuine characters in boxing. But, I really think you are slipping into insanity with the way you score fights.
