Why aren't there any Heavyweight built like Ken Norton anymore?

You look at this guy and just see an athlete. Most heavyweights now if they are not blatantly roided out look like borderline pudgy or outright fat guys, who look more like they'd start a fight at the Golden Corral if you cut them in line.
