Shane Mosley's cutman hat

I have a question, in a lot of Shane's fights, his cutman always wore that navy or coastguard or captain's hat or some ****...does anyone know if his cutman was in the military or what the story behind that hat is?

Thanks in advance, I always wondered what the hell was up with that but I could never remember to ask anyone about it.

yeah i was watching Gatti vs De La Hoya and you can see the hat in the crowd. I mean, he might be a really cool guy and all i was just wondering what the story is with the ****ing hat!
