Oscar was one of the best, a legend. However, fighting on Triller, who only have one non-exhibution tournament scheduled, makes you think it's like an exhibition.

It won't be De La Hoya vs Golovkin or Charlo, for example, not maybe ever, unless he feels and looks really good in the ring. But over three months is a long time to get in shape.

The reason these old heads are coming back is because they know there’s a market for boxing from the greater public that today’s current “stars” can’t reach. Your favorite boxers aren’t making fights that anyone outside of their basic demographic of fans care about. It should actually be viewed as pathetic that these guys from the 90s era can outsell and get More buzz than today’s boxers. It would be like if Ice Cubes big 3 basketball league got more ratings than an actual nba finals game. SMH

Unless it's against Tito, then it's pointless.

DLH fought the best, when he lost he moved on and continued to fight the best, he never tried to protect his franchise. Very different type of fighter than Canelo is.

Sure but generally the nostalgia doesn't do better than the current. In boxing its a non-brainer that folks would be interested in old legends fighting each other or others of note when the current guys aren't fighting each other. Its more like current boxing isn't trying to be better than the old time guys. Its fooking weird.
