Ryan Garcia is now pressed with a fight he could have already cleared off of his plate. The reigning WBC interim lightweight titlist is now required to enter negotiations for a mandatory title defense versus Javier Fortuna. The fight was formally ordered by the Mexico City-based organization in its best efforts to clear up matters in the 135-pound division.

I thought Garcia was made mandatory after the Campbell fight? What doesn't the WBC get? Garcia doesn't care about becoming a mandatory and quite frankly, he could get the Haney fight anytime he wants to.

I don't get it either. The WBC said they talked to all parties involved though.

Ryan Garcia is NOT taking that Fight! Ryan Garcia don't want to Cash in Mandatory with Haney which he could've now Ryan is kinda stuck without a quality opponent because he thought he would get Pacquiao

Sure he will. It might look ****** taking that fight after saying he was going to fight Tank or Pac and instead fight an eliminator yet again to face Haney but he'll take that fight.

If they talked to all parties involved they probably aren't going to order a fight one of the parties is going to turn down. I'd assume.

That's a good fight. If Garcia wins then I rate him higher than Haney.
