Yeah, he fought old Cotto, old Mosely, old Golovkin (who still gave him a tough time), shot Kovalev and overrated Smith. Besides weak ass Callum, the only prime guys he faced in the group you named are Floyd and Jacobs. BJS is a good fighter, but let's be honest here, besides a slight possibility of outboxing Canelo for a few rounds, what real threat is he? Face it, the guy rarely fights anyone whom is considered likely to beat him, or even give him a real challenge. And don't give me that, "Maybe he's just that good" crap.

His first 40 or so fights were all in mexico. if you consider how many he's fought since he started fighting in the US, he fights black fighters no more/no less than just about anyone else. Let's be more fair.

canelo hasn't shied away from ****--

Buds career on the other hand needs something more.

Billie joe is better than andrade and charlo, so whats the problem? and canelo will make much more money fighting BJS

Idiot. Charlo isnt even a slick fighter.. andrade has fought no one and asks for premier pay days..

Canelo has fought Jacob's trout kirkland floyd and lara (who is cuban but might be the slickest aside from floyd)

crawfords the one who has something against heartbeats cause he hasnt fought a fighter with a pulse..

Trout, Lara, Kirkland, Mosley, Jacobs... are these guys white?
The Canelo fight was offered to Charlo and he turned it down.
His own twin confirmed it. So what is Crawford talking about?
            Charlo ducked Andrade too.

Is there any black folk that doesn't always see things in black and white?
            Makes my head shake sometimes.

??? At the time he fought ggg he was considered the "boogeyman".. and he also fought lara and trout who many people thought could/did beat him.

Just as you can put an asterisk on canelos opponents, every single fighter terrance has beat has an asterisk. He has one of the weakest resumes I've ever seen from someone that people have claimed to he p4p

Yes but he had a 5 fight stretch where everyone wanted him to fight GGG but he fought 4 absolute garbage fights that nobody asked for and 1 good fight. Cotto was the good fight. Instead of fighting a real champion like Andrade or one of the Charlo brothers, which were the ones the hardcore boxing fans wanted him to fight, he chose to fight Liam Smith, James Kirkland, Amir Khan, and Julio Cesar Chavez Junior. 20% is a very bad percent for the face of boxing.

Before this past year, when did anyone ever accuse Bud of ducking anyone? He fought every available opponent at 135, every available opponent at 140. Who was he ducking before last year when all the Porter talk began?
