I had serious doubts about this kid when he turned pro but he’s gone on to achieve far more than expected. Went through the levels the proper way too.

He's way better than most Matchroom boxers that they pushed in recent years.

I’m not particularly a fan of his style but he’s definitely effective. For all the hype around fellow team GB guys like Kelly, Cordina, Fowler. Okollie has evidently surpassed all of them.

Very credible performance tonight. Glowacki may have slipped a little but I wouldn't consider he's shot and Laurence actually used his length - and his feet - well, and we didn't really see a hint of the smothering grapplefest I was expecting here.

If he really does face Breidis next - though I'm not really expecting it - I'd actually give him a passable chance of pulling it off.

It’s definitely the best he’s looked. Shane McGuigan deserves credit too for improving him as a fighter.

            Stiff bum.

He's yet to be tested. And that division is the worst division in boxing, hence, I don't rate Usyk at all.

Okolie doesn't like to get punched & when he finally fight someone his size that will hit him back, he'll crumble.

He needs to stay in that division & not move up until he tidy up his technique if he doesn't want to get knocked out cold.

I really like the way he implements his strengths. He’s not a finished products but he sure does improve each fight. He’s got good angles and dictates his pace nicely. Also engages at his distance and hides his power shots behind lead punches well. He needs to work on his inside game. But I think that will come when he moves up to heavyweight. I think he’s going to unify the division if he can continue to comfortably make the weight.

I don’t think he beats Breidis. I’d make Breidis a solid favourite in that matchup. Okollie should fight Makabu next IMO. I think that’s a far more winnable unification matchup.

I’m unsure how he’d do at HW, his greatest asset is his size which would be far more marginalised at HW. I think he should stay at CW as long as he can make the weight safely.

He did impress today and didn't stink out the joint with his clinching.
