Because not every damn thread for every damn fight needs to be about Canelo. It’s the same reason I stopped using boards with all the Floyd/PAC BS back in the day. I just wanna enjoy boxing

Without shttalking back & forth Banter this forum would be boring af.(which is why Ggg fans are my favorite fanbase) And its only logical that everyone would be talking about the biggest name & villan in boxing. Just like pac vs Floyd it makes the sport far more interesting,debate kills monotony

End of the day those were some good rounds to get in. Very solid with a game opponent. Especially after the long layoffs and such. A quick KO does nothing... Plus this might help him get more fights not looking like King Kong

I don't feel so bad now. Was wrestling with an early KO vs a middle rounds KO for the Pick 'Em...but the thought of it going into the later rounds didn't really cross my mind.

All of a sudden the potential fight with Joe Smith Jr looks interesting just because of the Smith power. Deines is smart and staying off the ropes for a few rounds.

Agreed. Joe Smith Jr is tough and has good punching power. Should be interesting.

You also have to factor in the ring rust for Beterbiev.

I know what you mean, but there’s a difference in **** talking, and just random cats who feel the need to bring up guys like Canelo, Joshua, Tank Davis, Etc. for no reason, it’s just tiresome with how much it happens. I’m all for **** talking amongst fan bases but not hi******* every damn thread when it’s about a fighter that isn’t their favorite.

Always hard when it’s a dude you’ve never seen. No idea what the chin is like. Agreed with Shadoww above though, fast KO does nothing after a near 600 day layoff and a bout of COVID. Look forward to the JSJ fight

Sh...I forgot that since its in Russia, the fight is 3PM on ESPN. Its on the DVR, but ESPN has always been sloppy with scheduled start times. I could still miss the main event.
