    The unbeaten run of Indian star Vijender Singh came to an end on Friday night after he was stopped by Russia's Artysh Lopsan (5-1-1, 3 KOs) in the main event of 'Battle on Ship' in Panaji. Singh, a bronze medal winner in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and who had turned professional in 2015, entered the bout with a 12-0 record.

      That mofo was a good amateur, but he waited far too long to turn pro...although I think that was a India thing as much as his own decision. So not surprising he's getting beat when he's 35 years old with 12 pro fights. Its a young mans game...more often than not anyway.

              Quite an upset. I don't recall any top boxer from India ever, but at least he did well in the amateurs.
