Terrible fight. Just show the lack of depth in the women's game. Just get Marshall vs Shields on. They will both walkover anybody else. We all know that.

Will be interesting to see how Marshall does against Hermans. I believe Claressa shut her out in the fight, I'm curious if Savannah can get a stoppage.

Terrible fight , I do feel for Marshall as there are not many options out there , 2 or 3 at most apart from shields , the Depth is so poor it doesn’t allow the momentum and standard to grow into increasing purses for the 2 or 3 women that really can fight and this applies to all divisions.

What's needed is a competitive and exciting match between the two, which could turn into a trilogy. Similar thing happened with UFC. Rousey was dominating poor opposition, Holm stepped up to the plate and dethroned her in an exciting fight. A lot more interest was then drawn to the female side of the sport. The problem is there was already depth ready to come through over the next couple of years.

Hopefully the same can happen with women's boxing, because Marshall vs Shields is the only women's matchup I would pay to see right now.
