I’ve been saying it since he hit the scene but no one wants to address it. He loops his punches constantly. His footwork is awful and he is the slowest SMW of the bunch. Thus far he has faced awful competition. People are in love with his power however he’s about to hit the elite of the division who are fast, have elite footwork and supreme countering abilities. He’s about to get two pieced.

Ok, he loops his punches but has the best jab in the SMW division. Lol! And the only time Ive see him loop a punch is when his opponent is covering up for dear life.

Charlos corner or the Dr. will stop this. Charlo has no business at 168 but props to him if he finds his pen and signs.

This is a great fight for Charlo, he is the same age as Canelo and hasn’t done anything close. This fight would elevate him.

It's a tough fight. Benavidez isn't difficult to hit, stands too upright, not bending enough at the waist, but his combinations are very impressive and fast. Charlo boxes better from the outside than David, but I'd give an edge to Benavidez.

It's a toss 'em fight, both have good reason to believe they can win.
