Porter is trying to get a fight with Crawford right now. If he does, then Ortiz is next up. May need to fight a final eliminator or may just get it regardless.

The K.O. Kid is ready, man... At 22 yrs of age Vergil has shown to be a special talent. Ortiz dedication and discipline to boxing is 2nd to none, throw in his god given power and you have all the tools required to be the next face of boxing. Crawford ain’t an easy test for anyone but honestly feel Vergil would KO him late in a fight. Oscar might of loss the Ginger but I think Verg will be a bigger star than Canelo. I mean the kid has the biggest fan base in boxing behind him in the Mexican American crowd to go along with a very fan friendly style i.e KO’s and the ability to speak English the sky is truly the limit for him. Also, Ortiz is being trained by one of the best trainers in the sport in Robert Garcia and spars champions on a daily basis such as Mikey Garcia and Jose Ramirez as the old saying goes “iron sharpens iron”.

How popular IS Ryan Garcia though when considering his Social Media following to PPV buy / Ratings ratio? Kinda like the rap game today a lot of these kids have mass followings but in doesn't equate to mass amounts of people flooding to see / purchase their event. Tank Davis has over 2 Mill followers on IG but is only doing 250K PPV buys? Not taking a shot at them but I think these dudes' social media following have A LOT of "fluff" to them across the board.

Yea he does and I think that's attributed to Ryan'smore outgoing/flamboyant personality that plays well with todays social media platforms. Vergil gives off that more OG veterano no nonsense type of vibe but my money is on him having a more accomplished career when all is said and done.
