Floyd would make a good motivator in the corner during a fight. Joshua is an average to a good boxer. Not sure having Floyd makes any difference.

I'm unconvinced that a few weeks or a few tweaks under Floyd would make a significant difference to Joshua's chances in the ring though..
He beats Fury easily, with or without Floyd.

He just needs to stay focused & not be all over Club Liv in Miami ****ing Miami girls every night like he did before the Ruiz fight.

I'm leaning Fury myself, but that's kinda besides the point I was making. It might be possible to make a few little tweaks but generally it takes longer than a few weeks or months for a new trainer to have an impact either way and in fact there can even be a dip in performance initially as a fighter adjusts to new training ideas and techniques.

Whether he wins or not I don't think having Floyd on the team will be a deciding factor, but like I say it might help generate more interest and views in the US.

He'd be silly to adjust what his current training idea & techniques are to a completely new. Getting a few nuggets from Mayweather, since Fury's backfoot game is an admixture of Mayweather & Ali's (not a perfect admixture I must say) isn't a bad idea. He tried Mayweather's pull-back counter in his last fight to negate Pulev's jab. And he copied some of Mayweather's footwork/style in the Ruiz rematch via Tabiti. So, he has been adding wrinkles from Mayweather in his last two fights.

I was edging towards Fury after the Wilder fight. But after watching/studying a lot of Fury's videos - I don't see him winning against a counterpuncher. His right hand is just as wild/wide & unorthodox as Wilder's albeit Wilder is faster & more explosive. With timing & precision, he'll get Fury out of there.

look at the way he manages tank for an example.

he talks about himself during the interviews with tank just sitting there in the background
Have you ever heard Tank talk? His accent is so bad it’s like a horrible episode of The Wire.

Fury is white. Gayweather is a known racist.

I'm a Floyd fan, but at the end of the day Floyd is racist against white people. He wanted to help Deontay beat Fury, want to help AJ beat Fury. He's made racially driven interviews and comments before. Don't really dig the swipes at whites tbh.
