If she was the best trainer available? Sure.

But how many female trainers currently are competent and know how to train a man?

Absolutely! Ann Wolfe was a excellent trainer for Kirkland and was also doing a good job with young fighters like the Late Travell "Black Magic" Mazion. A lot of Politics and BS in boxing though so seems like she has walked away from boxing all together. Gave Credit to Dennis Douglin mother on Saturday who was giving him real good advice in the Corner. So yeah if they know WTF they're talking about and ESPECIALLY if they have boxed before like Wolfe, Christy Martin, Holy Holm and others then yes absolutely Why Not!

Nope. And the fact that in the modern era, people can only name one woman that was successful... with exactly one elite (in his prime anyway) fighter should be all the proof needed to know that was an aberration.
