I just posted on another thread that this would be the perfect fight for Plant to drum up interest for the Canelo megafight. Plant would easily beat Jacobs at this point, might even stop him. -
The "Miracle Man" hasn't stopped anybody since Mora way back in 2016.
If Jacobs stopped Plant, it'd be a "miracle".

Didn't Jacobs struggle against Rosado most recently? He almost made it fought some good fighters came up short but.......Plant is really not that good and pillowfisted so maybe Danny could win that fight.

Jacobs has not looked good his last few fights - a bit like the fire is gone. But I will say Rosado is much better then his record indicates! He is a crafty fighter, so I don't think it is fair to judge Jacobs solely off that fight. Jacobs though probably does not have enough left in him to beat Plant. Still i'd like to see that fightComment

Doesn't look like Jacobs can pull the trigger anymore - but hard to judge him on that fight. I almost never say this usually, but that fight with Rosado had a fishy smell to me....not sure what to think of that one.
This is about the level of opponent Plant should be fighting next - there is nothing on his resume outside of Uzi. Saunders hasn't faced top comp either, but his mid tier fights have been pretty solid, albeit spread out over time...but barely troubled in any of them...maybe a couple closish cards.
