You need to watch that fight again. From the last 3 rounds cotto won 2. At the end he just stop fighting because of the cut. He slow a little bit down because he knew there is no way Mosley was getting KO, and I don't remember well but I think nobody is been able to KO Mosley.
They were also both tired, there was a lot of wrestling during that fight.
Pacquiao moves in throwing trajectory angle power punches. He then moves out at an uncanny speed to an unpredictable side.
After straighting, hooking or uppercuting Cotto with single punch, Pac should circle to the side of Cotto. By the time Cotto throws a counter, Manny is nowhere to be found, he's already behind Cotto.
