If you wish to pick a Draw result, simply state your Username, both fighter names and DRAW, ie:

NOTES:
-Picking the correct winner earns 20 pts
-Picking the correct method earns 10 pts
-Picking the correct detail is worth 10 pts
-Draws are worth 150 pts. A perfect pick without a multiplier is 40pts.

-CLOSE is 6 or fewer pts difference, 115 - 113 on all three scorecards or closer. CLEAR is 7 - 18 pts difference, between 115 - 113 and 117 - 111 on all three scorecards. WIDE is anything over 18 points or over 117 - 111 average on three scorecards

-If you'd like to change your pick before the fight starts, post in this thread to do so. Ideally tag me so that I don't miss it.

-2X doubles your points and 3X triples your points. Everyone starts with 10 doubles and 6 triples to use throughout the year. If you forget how many you have left, check the leaderboard in the master thread. Every player also has 3 x5 special multipliers which can be only be used on an underdog (+100 or greater) fighter.

Going for it this week and have to roll with one of my all time favourites in Chocolatito.

I mean damn... not so many publicly demanded rematches take 8 and something years in the making, but here it finally is... Chocolatito may be starting to show his age some and the the aura of invincibility is long shattered but he remains a formidable force at 115 whereas Juan Franciso has come into his own in the last coupla years and looks well nigh unbeatable right now. Bookies have it close with Gallo a slight favourite and I gotta say I tend to agree, although make no mistake this will not be any kind of straightforward fight whoever takes it in the end... both these guys are champions to the bone and neither is gonna just lie down. Can't effing wait.

And it nearly was just the one fight this weekend... I'd been toying with the idea of Braekhus vs McCaskill but there didn't seem to be much interest off the players so I decided against, but when I was checking the odds for the Gallo vs Chocolatito fight Clark vs Gausha caught my eye as being a virtually even split by the bookies... yes, it's a 10 rounder and there's no strap on the line and it's something like 4th on the billing at the Mohegan Sun, but for me these are the kinds of fights that are the beating heart of the sport... dead even match-up and a crossroads fight for both dudes. And as a Pick Em fight? Well these are the ones which show us who really knows their stuff... let's see what you got gents.

It was my preference but I put a request for opinions out on the masterthread and the response wasn't exactly overwhelming.. although granted I shoulda put it up earlier and tagged you and NC in. Tell you what though man, I had a kinda plan when I first asked you to be involved in this that you'd have a significant role in the fight selection... I ain't gonna change up this weeks now, but what I would like - if you got the time - would be a list of fights for the next 4 weeks or so that you reckon should be in. Maybe PM me and c.c in NC and we'll have a little discussion then we can get a proper schedule drawn up. Had a real busy coupla weeks and this one kinda crept up on me and it's also looking like I got more regular work coming in so I'm gonna have to spread the Pick Em workload around a bit more anyway.
