When the fight is over and he gets up off the canvas after gettin straight iced.. he ought to give Teofimo a big hug for having the balls to leave ESPN and Top Rank for a purse bid that brought in over $6 million dollars from Triller. Because once he gets the 'L' and takes that long and lonely flight back to Australia.. he'll have $2 million in the bank. Not even Shawn Porter can get that kind of money these days!

With the smallest amount of research you can see Kambosos last two fights were gifted SD against opponents with multiple losses. Kambosos will get ktfo and Teo will do a back flip over his lifeless body.

Buster Douglas' two fights before Tyson were blowout wins against top flight opponents. He was actually a very good fighter.

Yet he went into the Tyson fight a significant underdog.

        Why?

Because Tyson up to that point was undefeated. Not because of WHO he'd beaten. But the fact that nobody had beaten him.

        What's your point?

My point is, we can't use the logic you're trying to use to make the leap you're trying to make.

We've seen countless times that what seems to be a straight call ends up shocking us all.
        • Pacquiao taking an L to Jeff Horn
        • Pacquiao taking an L to Tim Bradley
        • Ruslan taking an L to Chris Algieri
        • Spence knocking out Chris Algieri
        • Spence knocking out Kell Brook in his backyard
        • Loma taking an L to Teofimo
        • "Boxing's Next Cotto" Felix Verdejo getting stopped by Nakatani off a jab

So, it's possible Kambosos pulls the upset. Remember, Teo's been inactive too, he's been bragging without fighting, he's refused every single threat, and we don't know what kind of partying. Remember, Duran beat Leonard and then partied instead of staying focused which gave him an L in the rematch.

We just don't know. We expect a blowout/knockout with Kambosos out easy. But Teo might not show up.

Fact > it was not a PPV fight until someone overbid the fight. This is the payback for getting a good fight on ESPN regular and the mandatory goes PPV. Such is boxing.
There is no contradiction with Hearn here. He was the one putting out big offers for these fighters. Some took it and got paid beyond anything they've had before, while others ran like cowards. However, at this point in time, the same money isn't there as before because of the pandemic so strings are going to have to be pulled up. But that doesn't mean Hearn isn't happy to see them get those paydays from elsewhere if they're forthcoming.

The best what? I hope you don't mean fighters? That would be a joke. They're not even close.

Teo didn't need to have any balls to fight on another platform. Trilla won the bid so have the rights. Teo has no option but to fight on there or drop the IBF. But why would he turn down that money if Arum is willing to let him fight there? of course for a % of that money.

Horn cheated and fought dirty throughout.
Manny dominated Bradley. It was a robbery set up by Arum to keep inhouse fights going for a bit longer.
Ruslan beat Algieri, that was a robbery too.
Spence was the favourite over Algieri.
Brook was badly damaged and drained after coming back down from Middle when he was already struggling with making Welter.
Teo didn't win that Loma fight. He didn't lose either though. It was a draw. Arum just saw it as the right time to f3ck over the overseas fighter to benefit the North American.
Verdejo one is legit though. But the others are atrocious examples.
