    It's at Cruiserweight.

Haye will eventually end up at Heavy once he's KO'd a name or 2 at cruiser.

The guy who jones took out with a hands behind the back KO? Yeah. I didn't say Kelly was anything special, but it's a good step up on his way to Thompson II.

Thompson has great power especially his right hand. The way he to out Rothmann was brutal. Too much can be made of that fight. Hye was more fatigued than anything, and I hope to God he has learned from it.

I genuinly feel that he can become a star in the sport, he has all the skills in the world and very good power.

I dont want to get too deep into it, but there's always going to be a question mark over Haye's chin, going way back.

That's what makes him so appealing though, if he wasn't such a brilliant boxer, devestating puncher and fearless fighter I'd be less inclined to sing his praises.

He is going to be an attraction. Can you imagine what the Americans would be saying about Haye if they were impressed by Witter and Froch (they signed him! LOL)not so long ago?

Hayefan...ok, i know you are rooting for Haye and having met him at a show in Shefield once i can concur, David Haye is a nice bloke. Howeve, please snap out of this illusion that Haye is anything near world class. Yes, haye has decent power and some skills to back it up with but....he is chinless, totally. Not just the Carl Thompson match but in previous matches he`d been shaken a few times. I don`t wanna dig at the subject but the first world class puncher haye faces he will be leveled just like the 40 yr old shot Carl Thompson did to him!

                Agreed.

Wayne Braithwaite, Johnny Nelson, O'Neil Bell, Jean Marc Mormeck and Carl Thompson. Those are the most highly regarded names at cruiserweight, world class fighters. If Haye beats Kelly, he's probably going to fight Thompson in a rematch. Now if we can agree that Thompson is still world class, are you willing to take a sig bet, for say ... a month? For that matter, if Haye were to fight any of the other fighters mentioned, I'd offer the same bet.

I'm under no illusions. I know Haye's past (both amateur and professional), the sparring tales, the rumours, I'm fairly up to date on Haye's chin.

You see, I choose to believe in his talent. I've already stated that Haye will more than likely sustain more losses, that doesn't elude me.

The thing is, Haye will give every fighter he faces (up to, and including any of those names I mentioned) a lesson in pain for at least a few rounds. Here's the rub, I dont think many of them will deal with his power as well as Thompson did. Thompson's chin has never served him as well as it did that night. He was eating shots that would level an ox.

I'm well aware that Haye could let me down, so what? Every fighter will eventually let you down.

I love his style, what can I say? Do you accept the bet?

Carl Thomson is a shot fighter even before he KO`d David Haye. And Glen Kelly is pretty much damaged goods on recent form so i`m not gonna bet on any of these fights but if haye took on a world champion, yes i would bet that he`d be KO`ed!

                      Okey dokes.

If Haye fights any of the following:

Wayne Braithwaite, Johnny Nelson, O'Neil Bell, Jean Marc Mormeck

and wins by any means, I'll assign you a signature of my design, to be worn for a month's duration.

If he loses by any means, you'll assign me a signature of your design, to be worn for a month's duration.

                      DONE!

                      Ye of little faith.
