Should Earl Morton have deducted a point on Floyd when he sneak punched Gatti?

The ref yells the instruction “no punching,” which one would assume he didn’t have to break it up, and sees Gatti obeying, and tells Gatti to wake up... lol

If Floyd got a point deducted, the outcome of the fight would'd changed dramatically. Floyd wouldn't have a chance.

It creates circumstance and influence to other future refs. Notice how fans complained about Ward’s tactics. I don’t recall a fight where Ward was warned as such
