Anyone notice the change to Boxrec's champions page?

Holy hell they are showing every iteration of any interim, gold, diamond, super, etc. belt now.

It looks... really bad.

It looked diluted enough before with 4 + the boxrec #1 but now each division has 13 titles listed.

It's also convenient to have all the lesser crap presented in the same place to keep track of it all since we still follow this crazy business/sport. But it looks a bit ridiculous.

For a site that is there to record everything going on in the sport, I don’t see it as a problem. The sport is a joke at this point so it’s not really Boxrec’s issue, they are only highlighting the truth

That being said, they do not recognise the WBC franchise championship, which is strange. It clearly is a championship now

and also, why do they recognise the IBO? It is not a recognised major world title. If they recognise the IBO, why not other titles like the WBF, WBU, IBC etc

There's no use to have interim world titles shown as vacant. Just remove a row if something's vacant.

I agree about the Ring title and hiding/removing all the vacant stuff.

To a lesser extent it also doesn't show the portraits of anyone except the boxrec #1 guy. Not a huge deal, but takes a bit of the shine off the smaller guys when you check to see if titles have changed hands lately.
